OPPORTUNITY OWNERS

Your opportunity.A bigger stage.

Bring us what you’ve built. Explore a path from serious due diligence to relevant investor conversations.

A free first step. Apply for an initial fit review.

Business owners. Operators. Sponsors. Dealmakers.

More than another
pitch in an inbox.

Bring us the business, asset or deal you believe in. We look beyond the pitch to evaluate what’s really there.

Show us the opportunity

Get a serious look.

A focused fit review starts the conversation. Selected opportunities can move into a defined, paid diligence engagement.

Build on the evidence.

Review the team, operating story, structure and supporting material through an agreed scope, with written findings and a clear decision.

Find a relevant audience.

Opportunities approved for marketing can be introduced to investors whose interests align with the offering.

From potential
to a path forward.

One opportunity. A clear sequence. A meaningful decision at every step.

  1. Bring the vision.

Tell us about the opportunity, the people behind it and the capital goal. We screen for fit.

  2. Build the case.

If there is a fit, agree on the diligence scope and fee. After agreement and payment, we review supporting evidence and provide written findings.

  3. Open the conversation.

If the opportunity passes, agree on marketing terms and audience. Approved opportunities can move into investor outreach.

Ambition gets us talking.
Substance moves us forward.

Your application starts a conversation about fit. The diligence engagement turns that conversation into a defined evaluation.

Know the scope before you commit. Review the work, deliverables and fee before paid diligence starts.

Earn the next step. Approval depends on the findings. Payment covers the agreed evaluation.

Build a partnership with clear terms. Marketing requires separate agreement and authorization. Approval, marketing and capital raised are not guaranteed.

What types of opportunities can I submit?

Companies, real estate, operating businesses, funds and other alternative opportunities seeking capital or partners. We screen the opportunity on its own merits and its fit with our network.

How much does due diligence cost?

The initial application is free. If there is a potential fit, we propose a scope and fee based on the opportunity and the work required. You can review the terms before committing.

What happens if the opportunity does not pass?

The diligence engagement provides written findings and a review decision. Payment covers the agreed evaluation. The engagement terms explain the deliverables, costs and any cancellation or refund provisions.

Does passing mean you will raise capital for us?

Passing allows the opportunity to proceed to marketing onboarding, subject to separate terms and authorization. Investor participation and capital raised are never guaranteed.

Do I need to upload private documents?

No uploads are required here. Optional links can support the initial screening. If we proceed, we agree on how supporting documents will be shared for diligence.

Can I also be an investor or business owner?

Yes. Select either additional role in the application. Our team can maintain all three relationships without losing the context you have already shared.
