1. Service Commencement
Upon successful payment, our service fulfillment process begins immediately and follows these key stages:
- •Onboarding: You will receive an onboarding form or welcome email within one (1) business day. This step is crucial for gathering the necessary information to tailor our services to your needs.
- •Kickoff Call: After you complete the onboarding materials, we will schedule a kickoff call with your assigned project manager or team to discuss goals, strategy, and timelines.
- •Project Setup: Your project will be set up in our internal systems, and you will be given access to any relevant communication channels or portals.
2. Service Delivery Timelines
The delivery timeframe for our services varies depending on the specific package purchased and the scope of work. Estimated timelines are provided during the sales process and confirmed during the kickoff call.
Factors that can influence delivery timelines include:
- •The complexity of the project (e.g., custom integrations, extensive branding).
- •The client's responsiveness in providing necessary information, assets, and feedback.
- •The processing times of third-party platforms (e.g., domain registration, platform approvals).
We are committed to meeting our projected deadlines and will communicate proactively if any delays are anticipated.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and timely fulfillment process, you agree to provide:
- •Timely completion of all onboarding forms and questionnaires.
- •Prompt responses to requests for feedback, information, or approvals.
- •Access to necessary accounts or platforms as required for service implementation.
- •Clear and constructive communication with your assigned project manager.
Delays in providing required materials may result in a corresponding delay in the service delivery timeline.
4. Definition of Completion
A service is considered “fulfilled” or “complete” when we have delivered the core components outlined in your service agreement or package description. This may include, but is not limited to:
- •The final delivery of branding assets (logos, style guides).
- •The handover of a completed website or digital storefront.
- •The successful configuration of CRM or automation systems.
- •The delivery of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
Upon completion, we will perform a final handover, which may include providing login credentials, final files, and instructions for ongoing management.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, due to the customized and labor-intensive nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable once the onboarding process has commenced.
Commencement of onboarding is defined as the moment a kickoff call is held, onboarding forms are submitted, or any substantive work has begun on your project. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.
